JD Operations were contracted to provide all internal, and external, steel works, shop window glass, and all aluminium works for a wide variety of retail outlets. The shops had to be completed in time for the grand opening of the mall. The shops JD Operations were responsible for were: Aldo Shoes, Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, Springfield, New Look, Primo Emporio, and Café Cuba.
